My older brother turned me into a beer snob, and I haven't turned back since!
I'm an all grain brewer, and keep striving to improve my process and make better beer any chance I can. - I'm starting to make my own recipes, and experimenting with different ingredients. I'm definitely not against the tried and true, but I like to make beers my own.
