  • My wife bought me a Mr. Beer kit from walgreens and the rest is History. I now make 10 gallon batches All grain off course, I use to Bayou Classic kettles ono for mashing and one for boiling. I also use a march pump and bayou classic double burner( witch rocks by the way), have built two brew sculptures in the past, wasn't real happy with them so there you go..

    So brewed this about 3 months ago true to orignal except i use wyeast instead of white labs,
    cold conditioned it after primary was done, WOW this is a great beer a new staple on my
    schedule, thanks Ed...

    I brewed with Ben this weekend and saw this thing in action WOW what a great idea. I second
    anyone thinking of doing this, I have a bayou classic kettle and am seriously thinking about

    Wow that looks great, i see you dont have a 90 min hop addition, i must have misunderstood you
    i plan on doing a 90 min boil so we see eye to eye on that. Good looking receipe
