  • The guy sitting next to me at work brews his own, about 3 times a year though and only PM. Hearing him talk got me interested in it and now he is the one asking me questions.

    Just did my first Lager, was a PM and plan on having my AG equipment soon to do my first AG. I just need the cooler for my mash tun.

    Thanks Yooper,My water is actually pretty good as is, my s/c ratio is more on the malty side so
