    ABOUT ME

  • Plainfield Ale and Lager Enthousiasts
  • First brew ever was an extract double IPA. I think my sanitation methods sucked, and the brew was not as good as I would have wanted, but not bad for a first try. I have brewed a standard American Wheat, and added coffee to half of it. I think as long as you don't use too much coffee and do not over power the wheat, it works.
  • I seem to like to make adjustments to recipes, even though I have no idea what I'm doing yet.
  • Empty. Boo.
  • White Chocolate Stout, an imperial stout with white chocolate liquer added to the primary.rnAmerican Barleywine
  • Male
  • Married
  • Plainfield
