Who says you have to secondary? In a carboy, no less?Brew on. Primary fermentation for 2 or 3
weeks then bottle. Then patience grasshopper.The trub in the bottom of the primary only becomes

I have used Nottingham soley for a long time. All, I do is dump the dry yeast into the primary
and rack on top of it. Active airlocks usually in 4 hours.For the one or two times I rehydrated
