I'd say you're fine.. My LHBS has their hops hanging on the wall unrefrigerated. I've never had

Ok so, I am sitting here at my desk at work and I all of a sudden got the urge to brew today

Ok so my cider that I have cold crashing currently has a funky smell to it.. Similar to the
rhino farts people talk about..My question is this.. Will the funk go away as the yeast falls

It is possible to have a tasty cider in 2 -3 weeks. From what I gathered from the advice I have
received is that if you let the cider ferment all the way out, it will be good in about 6

I reseated the lid on my bucket last night, and now it is back to bubbling away. Guess it
wasn't sealed correctly.
