I've used foam weatherstripping tape for similar situations. Although you probably want to make
sure the door/flap is latched down to make sure the weatherstripping is in full contact around

I would leave the shutoff valve open and turn off all 3 valves on your manifold. Only turn them
on when you are serving from the attached keg. This should localize the leak. In the worst case
