    Yopper, as I said, I couldn't find my hydrometer. I'm going to head to my LHBS tomorrow and
    pick up another. I was just hoping someone could give me a rundown of the proper way to pitch
    lager yeast.

    Hi everyone! I built a keezer recently, and decided to give a go at lagering. I pitched with
    Wyeast Pilsner Urquell strain. Nothing unusual about the brew, batch sparge, dry hopped, cooled
    the wort an...

    a five to a ten gallon cooler mashtun. I'm having a lot of problems hitting my mash
    temperature. I'm usi...

    Right, but I'm planning on using an Ale yeast that only supports 8-10% abv, so any sugars above
    that won't ferment out.

    Hi everyone, I've seen some threads similar to this one, but not with any clear answers, so I'm
    hoping that some of you can share your experiences using apples in secondary for a cider.I'm
    using Trade...

    I've been brewing for about 6 years now, and after a year stay in a tiny apartment, I'm finally
    moving to a bigger and better place, with.... you guessed it, room to start brewing regularly
    again! I'm...
