Glass, Plastic and Stainless Conical. Am my preference is in the reverse order! Never had a
problem with sanitation for plastic but always scared gonna break glass.

I normally use wyeast american ale 1056 as my standard house Ale yeast, but I am thinking of
going a bit more fruity or citrusy notes from the yeast. So not sure yet is the answer.

This is set very fine on the mill, due to the extremely poor efficiency Ive been getting with
it set more coarse. Sorry the picture quality is not up to par.

Has anyone used a Champion Juicer with grain mill attachment? If so, how was your efficiency as
a result of your crush? I have been using this setup and I am lacking in efficiency. Thanks.
