Just getting beautiful banana smell, I boiled chopped bananas in a mesh bag for 30mins. Removed
the bag and squeezed to get any extra liquid. Added a bit of brown sugar and honey. Cooled -

Looks like kamboucha; the banana pulp separated and started floating at the top. This morning
it had dropped to half way. Just got worried cause I've never seen pulp float like that before.

Here's a blackberry current and a cyser 238277 just racked to second carboy will take pictures
and post. The cyser came out dry and The other came out like a dessert wine.

Ahhh I see! Thank you! K time to start another batch. Does it make a difference if you rack
onto fresh or frozen fruit or even perhaps juice? Also doesn't this mess up your gravity
