good thoughts on additions. This one was a 90 minute boil and I usually add more DME late on
the boil to avoid the darker color but hadn't thought about the fact that this one is supposed
to be darker...

brewed a recipe below a few months ago for an imperial red ale. The taste was fantastic but I
