Shouldn't be that overwhelming as long as you don't add any extract. It May be a bit more sweet

I accidentally doubled the amount of watermelon I should have added , going to dry hop it to
try and balance it out before i keg it, hopefully I can keep it from being too sweet!

I saw a solution where you split your grain into 3 or more bags so they are easier to lift
individually instead of trying to lift 50 lbs at once.but then wouldn't your efficiency drop?
