Let that be an additional lesson, always check the nut on your bottling bucket before you
transfer...............I do it everytime now.Darn good advice.

Some beer styles require liquid yeast. All Belgian Beers. safbrew t-58 is a belgian style dry
yeast. i just brewed a belgian rye with it last night. it is a beast of a yeast too.
