I had a few parts on hand but somehow broke the damned computer fan when I was fooling around
with it. Everything was already soldered in place too. So I had to spend an extra $12 on a new
fan and cut...

Been thinking about doing this myself. I will probably go with some cheap vodka. Not that any
very small amount of any spirit will necessarily be evident in your beer (if it somehow got
down in there)...

My brother brewed a beer and added blueberries in the secondary. Had some similar problems. To
me, they don't much (good) flavor to anything...cept pancakes

Used Horizon for a bittering hop in an APA and it was a really nice clean bittering. Never used
it as a flavor/aroma addition.

I think I have read that Galaxy/Simcoe is a good comboI think I am looking for a fruity bomb on
the nose with this one...not sure what hops to use where and what hop to bitter with. After
