Rebrewed this beer for the first time in a while. Still sensational. Couldn't get the rice
syrup solids so just used all sorghum. So bloody good.Thanks again for this recipe.

Have you tried keg hopping. I've found it makes for great aroma and flavour.

Go for it! Experiment. Thats the fun of homebrew. Centennial is actually very good in a stout.

I've done a similar brew a few times with all centennial. It was a fantastic beer and with the
ample availability of Centennial you can't go wrong. Don't be scared to double your dry hop.
