    Rather new to brewing...For a 5 gallon batch would I just cut the ingredients in half
    (grains/hops/yeast/moss/coconut etc) and follow protocol for grains/water ratio? I really want

    I recently made a stop at NoDa Brewing Co. in Charlotte while there for work and had their
    Ghost Hop - White IPA. I'll tell ya what, it was awesome! Ill be visiting them again next trip

    My SG was 1.030. Took a reading earlier today and it was 1.00. Smelled great. Gave it a taste
    and it was on the bitter side and light in color. I'll take another reading tomorrow and see if
    it changes...
