I currently have a 27g Blichmann and I am looking to downgrade. Just too much headspace for 5g
batches and causing some off flavoring in my beer (at least that is what I am left to believe

So I brewed another batch of lager this winter. I was trying to get something similar to
Bitburger but again this year, while it taste very good, the brew came out more like an
american saranac lager....
