Which makes me wonder why the hell anyone would put expensive 10g cable between 15A connectors?
Is there a reason?because you can plug 3 electrical items into one cord.

You should read up on pasteurization.pasteurization does not kill all micro organisms just
reduces the numbers to make contamination less likely.

I went hot rod route. I pull the element out when done boiling and drop the IC in.most people
drop in the chiller 10-15 minutes before end of boil to sterilize the chiller.

I switched from a 2352 to the dspr1 because the pulsing bothered me. Not that it made a
difference in the final product. either will make beer.
