Took reading today it's down to 1.000. Tried sample and it had a slight medicine taste and
finished kind if dry. Going to check it again in a couple days to see if it's done fermenting

Don't know if anybody recommend this yet but try using cocoa nibs . Put some in a bag and let
steep 20 to 30 min while cooling . This will give you a nice flavour and you can also add some

Will do. I want to add some heat to the mead (spicy). I was thinking of adding it when
fermentation is done and checking it every other day till I get the desired heat then racking
to secondary to age...
