Bottled three weeks ago and this is the final result. Epic brew with heavy tropical fruit and
very well balanced. Going into the regular rotation!

I have a case of bombers that are still carbonating almost a year after they were brewed. Not

Mine actually came in pretty close to my FG out of primary (two weeks). Did you use a yeast
starter? I've noticed significantly better results since I started making starters, especially
for the big b...

Getting ready to finish this one up shortly. OG was 1.076 and FG is 1.010. On the fence between
kegging and bottling. Will sleep on it and decide tomorrow.

Have this one in primary now. Went slightly higher on the grain bill and made a big ass starter
so crossing my fingers. SG was 1.080 and hydrometer sample tasted great!

Flavor profile was spot on however our version came out significantly drier than Pliny. My
guess is a process control issue on the front end which I'll attempt to fix on the next batch.
