  Have this one in primary now. Went slightly higher on the grain bill and made a big ass starter
  so crossing my fingers. SG was 1.080 and hydrometer sample tasted great!

  Flavor profile was spot on however our version came out significantly drier than Pliny. My
  guess is a process control issue on the front end which I'll attempt to fix on the next batch.

  Did an IPA with Zythos and the bittering wasn't bad however it had virtually no hop aroma.
  Thinking about a re-do and adding 4 oz to the dry hop schedule.
