I have a case of bombers that are still carbonating almost a year after they were brewed. Not

Mine actually came in pretty close to my FG out of primary (two weeks). Did you use a yeast
starter? I've noticed significantly better results since I started making starters, especially

Have this one in primary now. Went slightly higher on the grain bill and made a big ass starter

Flavor profile was spot on however our version came out significantly drier than Pliny. My

Did an IPA with Zythos and the bittering wasn't bad however it had virtually no hop aroma.
Thinking about a re-do and adding 4 oz to the dry hop schedule.
