Home Brewing Biography: I started a few yrears ago with a Mr. Beer Kit. Brewed twice and stopped. Started getting interested again as I got into microbrews more and found a hole new line of flavors I enjoyed. Got my kit a few weeks ago. First batch is a Sierra APA clone in bottle, next batch is a Beavertooth Ale and I am getting ready to do a third brew but I am undecided. Local Brew Shop is having a tasting of three new resipes so I may deicide than.
Future Brews: Would like to eventually do lagers when it gets colder & I am more confident. My wife is a Stella Artois fan and my father likes a German Black lager called, Schwarzbier. As for me I'll try anything really a big fan of the Sam Adams Noble Pils.
