    I would do the 90 personally, it comes out pretty much spot on if you follow the recipe.

    Never tried PTE. Is this recipe close in taste to the original?Yes, VERY close. I would say

    What yeast did you use? Usually throwing in two pitches works best on those high alcohol
    beers.Did you add all the dextrose it called for too?
