If a kegging system is not in your budget, maybe you could ask a friend that has one for a
favor. You could keg it over their house until it is carbed and then bottle it right from the

I just had that one last weekend for the first time. I am not a huge fan of sours, but that one
was pretty good. The Belgian IPA is good once you let it warm up a bit and the Abbey Ale was

This happened to me as well.I would pull your recipes file out of the BS directory, uninstall
BS, delete the directory and then re-install the program. If that doesn't work you may want to

If you bottle, be careful, infections can lead to bottle bombs which are dangerous... if you
keg, be sure to monitor the pressure in the can. A corny isn't going to explode from the
