I would have dedicated equipment for anything plastic that touches the sour beer. Some people
share stainless and glass with really good cleaning/sanitation, but I wouldn't count on getting

I ended up with 8 gallons of cider pressed from mine and a friend's trees this summer and did
half with Westmalle yeast, and half with my house bug cocktail. Haven't tried either yet, but

Your saisons and Brett beers should have dedicated equipment used for brewing them. Once those
yeasts are introduced to plastic gear you will never be able to kill them.That's true for Brett
