Just toss the whole damn thing in. Won't hurt anything and it should take off nice and strong
without needing a starter.

Seems like your bottling and capping practices are pretty sound. Might just try giving it a

Exploding bottles may also be a symptom of under-filled bottles. If you're confident in the

Since I've started a mini yeast-bank and moved on to AG, always with starters, small batches
become much more feasible than they were when the prospect of dropping $7 on a vial per-batch
was an issue....
