If the inlet pressure from the tank is less than 500 psi you will have all kinds of weird
problems. Is the tank almost empty? It sounds like it if the high gauge is not registering.No.

I say use 'em as flavor and aroma additions then remove them. Maybe boil some in tomato juice
for < 15 minutes. Maybe even dry hop it, then strain the hops out so your not actually eating

yeah, it was the tank valve that I was turning. The gauge on the lo side was pegging, but with
a completely open line. not even connected to the keg.the cleaning/blowing procedure seems to
