  • Started brewing about 10 years ago. Brewed off and on and have been accumulating stuff as I went. I have been back at it pretty good for a couple years now. Finally got a wort chiller last year. I am primarily an extract brewer using specialty grains occasionally. I brew about 30-40 gallons a year.

    Working on making the jump to kegging with the acquisition of an extra fridge.

    I read that Oxiclean and PBW eats (carod, pit) stainless. For a short clean time would be ok
