I haven't had any of the beers mentioned before, but of what I have had Alpha Centauri is my
favorite, and Inversion Is a close second.

I like them for the extra space to the top, that way I don't need to worry as much about boil
overs. It's for peace of mind.

I'm looking for one that comes with the valve attached or that will attach easily, like with
