  • Brewing a Coconut Porter right now, but want to experiment with a Vanilla Porter, and would like to eventually make some Framboise
  • Basically just a Porter for now, and will add roasted coconut to the secondary

    So i bottled last night...and i was so excited that i through them directly into the fridge for
    about 12 hours b4 i realized my mistake...someone tell me to relax and have a homebrew please

    im just winging it, but its a malt base. Just a basic english porter with roasted coconut,
    hopefully it will turn out to be drinkable...ill let you guys know how it goes...this is my

    I thought you put the lime in the coconut, not the coconut in the beer.:drunk:lol...what? lime?
