    75-78 is pretty high to pitch. You're likely to get some major off flavors. Of course it
    depends on your type of yeast too. I usually pitch my yeast at about 64-67 and leave it there

    It's not my favorite thing to do, but yeah, it can be relaxing and gratifying to get to crack

    At higher temps , you need more co2 to get the same carb levels as the colder liquid.Edit: why
