Try no bittering addition, some at 20, some at 5 and a boatload at flameout then whirlpool for
20 minutes. You'll get a smooth, hoppy nosed beer that's not bitter at all but with amazing hop

Check this video of can sealing process. If you use a beer gun, purge with co2 then seal, the
result would be no different than commercial canning lines, just a lot slower.
