    ABOUT ME

  • York, PA
  • I like to consider myself a beer traveler. I have been to Europe, Asia, Central America trying new beer and experiencing the beer culture. Iserved as Lancaster County Brewers President and Vice president. I am enjoying brewing my own recipes and venturing into styles I have not brewed before such as historical and uncommon beers. I am hoping to start making sour beers and want to try lagering in the future.

extra 'juice'. I would like to do it again according to this recipe.
