Basically.... just add sugar tell its x potential alcohol + you're deseried sweetness....Edit,
use potential alcohol calculater and hydro meter to figure that out.... Example: yeast one + 5

Well I haven't used it, but it should work grate! 2000 rpms with the included 1" stir bar is
over kill... at least with that big of stir bar, you could stir the contents out! lolAny way

Well, I know about adding amounts based on PH. Still I disagree with adding camden if heat
pasteurizing... But to each their own. I assume you like to use wine yeast? And age a long
