Hey Guys, Well I started my second batch of cider! woot! My first batch came out alot closer to
an apple wine than cider. So this batch I'm going simple. 5 gallons Louisburg Cider White labs

Well its in the bottle now. It looks great and tastes like a dry white wine with a slight apple
hint. Gonna see how it ages in the bottle.Thanx again for everyones advise.

Well its been in primary for two weeks now and last night I racked it and tried a sample. I am
suprised by the flavor! Not what I expected at all. Now dont get me wrong I'm in no way
disapointed, but ...
