    Are there any issues associated with bottling after cold crashing? Do you bottle with cold
    beer, or do you let the beer return to room temp. prior to bottling?

    I've brewed a Dunkelweizen that I would like to have for the Superbowl. That is two weeks from
    the brewdate. My plan is to leave in primary for 13 days, keg and force carbonate (and hope for
    the best)...

    Is is possible to prime as if for bottling, bottle a few, keg the rest, let it carbonate in the
    keg then dispense under lower pressure. I know i'd get sediment in the beer...

    This is fermenting at approximately 68 degrees. Shook the fermenter a bit today and got the
