whip,A mash at 148F sounds really low especially if I want more residuals, no?I already got

I've asked a number of people in my HB group, on Quora including food safety people,
homebrewers and chemists and the consensus seems to be that the sugar in the lemon and the low
pH would invite bree...

Yeah carbonated water I don't see any problem with but once I introduce the lemons, not sure

doug, not sure I follow.I'm not talking about mash water which I would generally do 1.25qt/lb
but sparging.I would imagine doubling my sparge water would half my 2nd running gravity unless
