    So I am cleaning my keggles for my new all grain system. Using a bunch of PBW but when I wipe
    out the inside with a paper towel, it is covered in a brown substance. Anything else I can use?

    Thanks. I'm using beersmith so when I did a wet test I kept track of my loss in th MAsh tun and
    BK. I guess I just don't understand if I fly sparge during the HERMS run or not.
