    Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but how have you found your conical mash tun to

    Cool, sometimes the pressure can seal up any gaskets, happens with kegs a lot. If it stops
    leaking you are good to go.

    You could also consider the no sparge, no chill methods, which can cut your brew time by a
    decent amount. Might be a bit radical, but it certanily is an effective time saver.
