  • How to Brew
  • Started getting interest when I went to a beer fest in Oct. 2011. Ever since then I have done countless hours of research. Currently acquiring everything I need to jump straight into AG. I have 3 Keggles(HLT, MT and Boil Kettle) with sight glasses and Blichmann fittings , a 2 tier stand and a March 809 pump. Just ordered a mash paddle and 50 plate wort chiller. Just need a few additional things like carboys, and I am hoping to brew my first batch in late Feb.

liquid yeast yet and don't have the necessary equipment just yet. Thanks.

Can I take a standard peach wheat and just soak the peaches in bourbon for awhile, maybe?

I'm looking at brewing an AG Bourbon Peach Wheat. This will be my first Wheat beer that I brew.

Didn't bottle. Talked to another homebrewer who has some that I'm going to be able to get
tomorrow. So I will just bottle tomorrow! Just another reason why I should invest in kegging.

I have ran into an issue. I am about to bottle and Amber Ale. I have got all my equipment and
started sanitizing. When I got my bottle caps out to sanitize I seen that around the edges on
    some of the ...

After several months of researching I decided to jump straight to AG. I have a 3 keggle system
and brew stand. I think if you research enough then you can go straight to AG. I did countless
