In Tampa I would also recommend checking out Mr. Dunderbach's. Its suppose to be a traditional

Like Bobbin said gravity readings would help a lot, but it sounds like what you think, about
the yeast having crapped out. Which would explain why the carbonation isn't really forming in
the bottles. ...

I'm slightly disappointed this thread isn't about gushers gummy candy lol.Anyways I agree with
that guy, try weighing it out. Ideally an ounce/per gallon ratio is what you want. So 3/4 a cup
for 4 gal...
