    In Tampa I would also recommend checking out Mr. Dunderbach's. Its suppose to be a traditional
    german restaurant with a bunch of german food, 55 beers on tap and 400 bottles.

    that guy, try weighing it out. Ideally an ounce/per gallon ratio is what you want. So 3/4 a cup

    Funny enough I've got a kolsch yeast in my fridge right now, so I wouldn't be too against doing
    half a batch with that and the other half with wlp013 or so.Currently its a chilling 81 degrees
    outside ...

    I don't see why not if you're sanitary with the whole process. But why not make another one
    gallon batch and avoid dealing with the whole issue.There's also the argument of what's 2-4

    Yea I'd give it more time, at least 12 days or so before you worry about the clarity. But if
    you aren't in a hurry and would really prefer a clearer beer give it a month and you should be
    good.
