Schlafly (best brewery in St. Louis, imo) are my favorite bottles to use. They look cool, the
labels are easy to remove, and it's really easy to empty them of beer.Tastes Tasty. Mmmmmm.I

when siphoning a sample out of the carboy for a hydrometer reading, does it matter where the
siphon begins? should it be drawing more towards the top of the beer, or the middle, does it
