    Yeah I see what you mean. So how big is each cube if 4oz was too much?I was using 4oz of chips
    so not sure what you mean by "cube" Medium toasted French oak Chips is what they were calledIn

    Absolutely fine - should always go at least 2 weeks before bottling if not 3-4

    "overpitching" - which can have some consequences...So I may follow method others suggest by

    I've been considering just pitching directly over a yeast cake too...But my LHBS owner keeps
    discouraging itI'm thinking that's more about selling me more yeast than anything else
