  • A friend of mine was brewing at home and the brew tasted great and I bought me a basic kit and a ingredient kit and started to brew beer. I entered the New Mexico State Fair brew competition and got some good critiques. I invested into some more equipment and hopefully i will get some more knowledge here at homw brew.

    thats a 10 gallon batch you got going on. You should run it threw the beer software to see what
    the OG is.
