  • Brewed in college back in the late 80's. Roomie kept over priming and blowing up bottles. Sitting with the misses watching Alton Brown's show on HomeBrewing and she say "Hey, Maybe we can start doing that!!!" I looked to the heavens and shouted; "THANK YOU GOD!!!!"

    She loves it too, drinks'em as fast as I can brew'em. Started growing Cascades, Goldings and Willamettes this spring.

    The misses loves this, so far. Wait till I tell her I want the Fridge down stairs for a Kegerator. Letting her get tired of bottling first. God knows I am.

    Factory on the Barley Mill is like .039, something like that, but if it is still at factory
    set, leave it. I monkeyed with mine, made it smaller and it locked up my mash re-circulation.
