Also, I bought one of those carboy cleaning wands..Works awesome in the keg too. a few seconds
with the cleaning solution and they're ready for sanitizer and a good batch of homebrew to

I just did a clone of Red's Rye that came out pretty darn good. The recipe called for 30% rye

I agree with lespaul23. We've been using BeerSmith for years and have always fly sparged.

I've used both and have great results with each one. Given it's an IPA, I too would probably
use 05. But,,,,we just did a dandy IPA and used 04 and it too is very good. Great answer I

Just kegged up a batch last week and am enjoying now. Thought it would be a rather beer-beer,
but was pleasently suprised when it was ready. Good flavor and aroma. Definately worth brewing.
