I would say in between porter and stout. Going for a little today and chocolate but no dark

Only one pack and he said he fermented at room temp but with the extra temp from fermentation
it may have gotten up to mid 70's . but i didn't get any weird off flavors from it . no

It was just the liquid malt extract and a pound of grain to steep. There was no added sugar. He
also used s05 and when he took the reading the temp was 68. I just don't get why it was so low.
