OK, don't ask why, but I've searched and only found one good all-grain recipe for a malt liquor
(OE clone). Any other good recipes out there?

I used the same basic recipe but lowered the IBU's to 30 and used Safale 05.Just won a gold
medal at the St. Louis HHHC in Light Hybrid category with this beer! :rockin:

You are OK, no need to worry. Just be sure to sanitize the carboy or bucket each time you
transfer back and forth (you seem to already know this).
