    Brewing this one today. Im going to add some Summit in the last hop edition for a little more
    orange/tangerine aroma. Does a Cascade:Summit ratio of 2:1 sound about right?TIA

    Is it this time of year already? 3 years of AG brewing for me so far and this is my favorite
    beer to make. Im pretty sure it's the neighbors favorite, too, along with the cream of 3 crops.

    Brew day tomorrow! Just toasted 2lbs of 2-row @350 for ~12 minutes. I'll let it sit overnight
    and run it through the mill with the rest of the grain in the morning. Thanks again for the
